Terms of Service

Prices are based on Martina Castillo Photography’s current pricing.  The price list is adjusted periodically, and future orders shall be charged at the prices in effect at the time when the order is placed. (Applies to all product orders and collections.)

This clause applies to social media including, but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and blogs. When published online it is required that citation of photographer be made. The client agrees that they will under no circumstances alter the Martina Castillo’s photographs that are placed in public or on the internet. As a photographer, I need photographs to be an accurate representation of my work so that future clients have a good understanding of my brand and style. The client agrees to be responsible for any family member or friend who posts these photographs online and agrees that they cannot be cropped (with the exception of forced cropping on social media), altered in color, or edited in any way. 

MPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING COPYRIGHT: It is illegal to copy or reproduce the Clients photographs elsewhere without Martina Castillo Photography’s permission, and violators of this Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties.  All photographs, both on Martina Castillo Photography’s website, blog or Facebook page, including all potential proofs and purchased prints, are copyrighted, reproduction of any image by any means, including copying, re-printing, screen captures, and other means of print reproduction are strictly prohibited and are a violation of copyright law.  Additionally, it is illegal to post any of Martina Castillo Photography’s work on the Internet, blogs, and social networking sites, without the express permission of the photographer.  The only exception to this is if you have purchased the print release USB provided to you by Martina Castillo.
